This page is the public resource for requesting deletion of a Theranvio account and associated application data.

No longer have access to the app?
You can request deletion by email. Send the request from the email address tied to your Theranvio account and state that you want the account and application data deleted.

For faster processing, send the message from the email address linked to the account you want removed.
What we delete
- your therapist profile and in-app account settings
- client data, notes, outcome tracking, and between-session check-ins linked to the account
- specialist consult and referral workflows, plus other practice data tied to that account
What may be retained longer
- minimum billing or tax records where required by law or Stripe reconciliation
- limited security or audit records where needed for abuse prevention or legal compliance
