Terms of Service

Theranvio is a SaaS product designed to support therapy practice operations. It includes operational workflows, client records, notes, appointment flows, analytics, AI insights, and premium modules.

Theranvio is not an emergency service, does not replace crisis support, and should not be treated as a substitute for your clinical, legal, or professional judgment.

To use Theranvio, you create an account and remain responsible for the security of your login credentials and for activity performed through that account.

You agree to use the product lawfully and within your professional scope. This includes how you handle client data, note content, specialist collaboration, and shared links or exports.

Some Theranvio features are available only on the Premium plan. This includes selected AI layers, practice analytics, between-session workflows, and specialist communication features.

Billing is handled through Stripe. If you activate a paid subscription, you agree to maintain a valid payment method and to pay the applicable fees under the active pricing plan.

Theranvio may surface AI-assisted insights, summaries, session prep briefs, outcome signals, follow-up suggestions, and other workflow support features.

All such features are assistive only. Final responsibility for clinical judgment, documentation, treatment decisions, consent, and professional use remains with you.

You may not use Theranvio in any unlawful way or in a way that compromises confidentiality, security, or the rights of others. This includes unauthorized access attempts, bypassing safeguards, misuse of exports, or using the service outside its intended context.

If you use specialist collaboration features, you are responsible for ensuring that the information shared, consent basis, and collaboration workflow are appropriate for your professional and legal environment.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Theranvio stable, secure, and professionally usable. At the same time, the product may evolve, be updated, or experience temporary limitations for technical, security, or business reasons.

We may update features, interface, plans, or product structure. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the current version of these terms, unless applicable law requires a different notice process.

We may limit or suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, payment issues, or infrastructure protection.

You may stop using Theranvio by deleting your account from profile settings or through the public page at /legal/account-deletion.
