Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how to cancel Theranvio Pro, when Pro access ends, and when you can request a payment refund.

1. Trial and billing start

If a Pro trial is available for your account, its duration and the first charge date are shown before you confirm the subscription in Stripe Checkout.

You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. If you do not cancel before the displayed date, recurring billing begins under the selected plan.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time through the billing section of your Theranvio profile. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We will not charge another subscription fee after cancellation. You retain Pro access through the paid period unless a refund or applicable law requires access to end earlier.

  • cancelling does not automatically delete your account or saved records;
  • after Pro ends, saved records and data export remain available within the current Free plan scope;
  • account deletion is a separate action and may permanently delete data under the Privacy Policy.

3. Standard refund rule

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a paid period begins. We do not automatically provide prorated refunds for an unused portion of a month.

This rule does not limit mandatory consumer rights or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. When we review a refund

We review reasonable requests individually and in good faith. A refund is due in particular when a payment was duplicated, charged in the wrong amount, or resulted from a confirmed technical error by Theranvio or Stripe.

  • If the first charge after a trial was unintended, contact us within 7 calendar days. Where there has been no material Pro usage after the charge, we will normally provide a full refund.
  • If you suspect an unauthorized payment, contact us promptly and secure your account and payment method.
  • If the service was materially unavailable for reasons within our control, we may provide an appropriate refund or billing credit.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@theranvio.com from the address associated with your account. Include the payment date, amount, and a brief reason. Never send full payment card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on Stripe, the payment provider, and your bank.

6. Statutory rights

If you use Theranvio as a consumer or have specific rights under applicable law, those rights take priority over conflicting parts of this policy.

In particular, withdrawal rights, digital service conformity rights, mandatory refunds, and refund deadlines apply according to the law governing the user.

Theranvio is primarily intended for professional use. If you are unsure which rights apply to your situation, contact us before purchasing.
